I'm basically a complete newb to MTB. Went in to look at bikes, considering upgrading my Academy bicycle with a real bike and I met Issac. Totally helpful with great advice and knowledge. They have tons of bikes when you walk in the door so it would be overwhelming if it weren't for him and Aaron who helped me as well. They helped me pick a bike that fit me, would perform well and not break my bank! I've been back a few times for adjustments after riding a bit. I got a flat my second trail ride so Isaac replaced my tube fast and easy and has answered many "stupid questions". I appreciate his patience and recommendations both. Today Isaac upgraded me from cable brakes to SRAM hydraulics, not because I needed it but because I wanted to. I have already recommended the shop when people asked for a shop in Rockwall so I wanted to add a review as well. These guys are pretty great!

Such a great business. I moved from out of town and had trouble reassembling my BMC after the move. I brought it in, they immediately put it on the rack, diagnosed the problem, torqued everything to specs, and sent me on my way. I asked how much I owe, and they just said I could sign up for a 5k they were taking registrations for. I’ve never had better service from store like this. I will definitely be back when I finally decide to buy a Cervelo, they earned my business for life. Thank you Playtri!

Aaron was a huge help. I have an old bike that needed a rear wheel alignment and he did it super quick while I watched. I expected a day turnaround but the issue wasn't that large. After that, he showed me around to a few bikes that were in my interest wheelhouse. This is my first foray into higher end bikes that you don't get off Amazon or Walmart, and he was very meticulous and patient in explaining the features, mechanics, and science behind each one. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and joined me into their conversation. Sometimes it can be a bit intimidating when you walk into a place needing help with something you know little about. Not the case here - everyone was kind and explained things in a manner that helped instead of making me feel silly. Absolutely would trust this place and group of people. It's clear they believe in the product they sell and because of that, won't sell you junk. They'll put you on a ride that benefits your lifestyle.
