I scheduled with "Michelle" TWO weeks in advance for mobile shredding to be done at my office... it was the only day that they could make it out to us. She gave me her number in case of any issues... I left her a VM 5 days in advance to confirm and also the day of... NO reply. Then I called their main number only to be told that Michelle had not booked my office at all for shredding services! I had used them successfully in 2016... DO NOT rely on them!

No show one week ago because we were "forgotten". Called and promised a 9am pick up today and...again...no show as the person who scheduled our pick up doesn't know the "usual" route. Waiting 2 hours then called to find out the we were put on the end of the delivery day, which, they were told wouldn't work due to various conflicts. Very disappointing!

It is super unfortunate that that I have to leave a negative review, but I feel I should let others know about what a poor value this is. They do not have anything on their website about prices for shredding, box size, bin size, etc. So instead, you have to fill out an online form and wait for someone to call you back. I did get a timely call back, but, I never recieved an email stating how much it would be per box or a quote. I got a short run down of "roughly what it would be." I thought, great, sounds reasonable. Nope! After all was said and done, we were charged more than double! If I was you, request a price sheet, dont take their word for it. If you are purging your old records, burn it rather than paying double or triple what was quoted over the phone.
