Villa Lucia Leasing
I moved in to my apartment and was pleased with my experience here at Villa Lucia apartments. The staff is super friendly and kind and any maintenance is done in a timely matter. I love my apartment and the fact they have poop stations for my dog makes it more nice. I able to clean my dogs mess with all the doggie stations. I had no problems with homeless as I was in my old apartment its so peaceful. I love living here I give it five stars!!!!!!

Looking for my first apartment, and by these comments it seems like a terrible place to live! Seriously, people are paying money to live in a nice place, not to be disrespected by management. I would NEVER move to a place where I’m paying to be mistreated. Do better Management!

Latco Enterprises. Google them and feel free to voice a complaint straight to them.
They say that your rent will be 1,035.00 but once your lease is up, they try to charge you almost 1,200.00 for a 2 bedroom. It's rediculous. These people are a joke, they do anything they can to steal your money. The management is very rude.
