Every time we bring my wife's son to this place it is a fiasco. Most of the time it is just for a shot. The doctor has told is that when we come in for just a shot to come back and get it taken care of. Yet his staff tells us we just jave to wait in the lobby for our turn. 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours for a shot?!!! I would rate this much lower if not for the fact the doctor seems okay. Terrible staff!!!!

I took my mother here coming from far away after 2 1/2 waiting hrs we decided to leave and go back home. You are not allowed to call anyone that are behind the glass. For hourse you dont see a soul apologizing for delays or long wait. There is a note at the front window that says not to call or tap the window. No staff letting us know to wait and be patiente . People were getting upset falling asleep and leaving bc they were not been called. The worse of all it was to take my old age mom to the 3rd floor for a restroom stop because there wasn a bathroom open downstairs for the public. So we left the bad experience behind .
