My Mom and Dad moved in Oaks Estates a few years back they enjoy being there. My dad just recently passed January 2022 my Mom is going to continue her stay. Now my sister just moved in January, Now my brother just moved in last month March and a family close friend for years which is across from them who moved in four years ago The Park Manager is Absolutely the best there has ever been..She keeps it clean , Friendly, and Safe and Home to stay Forever…

Quiet friendly neighbors. Gated, safe, and a clean place for those that are retired. It features a dining area for the residents to utilize. The pool is nice too.

Utilities are separate from rent, and yes each resident receives monthly bills.
Given how things change so quickly please stop in to see the Park Manager who can answer questions with the most current answers. Pets are indeed allowed, subject to community rules and regulations.

Hello Janet, this age-restricted (55+) park has a rule about owner occupied homes only, so you may be looking exclusively for homes for sale. We encourage you to come to the park and not only look at what homes may be for sale, but apply first with the Park Manager about potentially becoming a resident. Thank you!
