The company has been dreadful from beginning to end. I stopped using them because on my last visit I found myself being condescended to by a technician when I asked for clarity on how to follow up after a procedure. The work I had done a on crown is now the topic of conversation at my new dentist, and on top of that I was charged for additional procedure that I never received. After being treated so horribly, I had to then work up the courage to ask for my refund on the work I never received. I was told it would take 2 weeks to receive a check from their bank. It’s been over a month and a half now and still nothing. When I call them they either don’t pick up or I’m told someone will call me back in a couple hours to resolve the issue. It’s been weeks off me calling me, and being told someone will get back to me but still nothing. If they weren’t so horrible I would’ve let it go but at this point I feel discarded and just want to be done with the situation.
