I used Details Party Rentals for my wedding and it was the worst experience ever. I went 10 months before my wedding and picked out everything. I got a custom color (burnt orange) with measurements for my arbor and tables and 1 month before my wedding they called to tell me they don’t have that color. They changed the color which I approved of and loved more than the 1st choice, which wasn’t too bad. Well then 1 week before my wedding they didn’t have the terra-cotta, but had a similar color. I trusted them. On top of this hassle 2 days before the wedding the call to tell me they don’t have enough beige table clothes I ordered (5). I had to switch my color. I also paid $250 dollars for specific delivery the day before at 4PM. They showed up 30 minutes early so I wasn’t there to confirm everything my fiancé was. Come to find out we were short 6 table runners. The globes to my candle sticks. And there was wax on the sweetheart table that we had to clean. They delivered all this stuff the day of my wedding 2 hours before it started. And then a week later they called me to tell me that they’re were 3 missing table cloths, and if I didn’t find them I would be charged. They decided to tell me this a week later, and the owner was the one who spoke with me. I would not recommend this place to anyone…

My best friend used the rental service for her wedding June 24th. Not only was Jeff and his crew quick, they were kind and very positive, even after I had asked them to move the dance floor over a few feet after they already built it, in heat that was hotter and sweatier then the devils butt crack. Thank you guys!!

Called to rent one of their bar tables they have 60 bucks to rent not to bad, ask if I could pick it up and was told it needs to be delivered for $165 dollars. I guess I’m buying my own wine barrels and making my own table.
