WARNING! Absolutely TERRIBLE! [Edit: Their reply below is full of lies! I did not cuss at them and all they did was make excuses! And what a coincidence that I got an alert from my bank that someone attempted a fraudulent purchase of $502 at the same time they posted their reply to this review. Good thing the card was blocked! Very sketchy people!] I called on Friday 12/3/21 to order flowers for my aunt's funeral on 12/8/21 to be delivered to the church. The woman taking the info checked with someone working with her and they confirmed it was fine, but while taking my info she said she was new and didn't know what she was doing, which I thought was very unprofessional for her to say and didn't leave me feeling confident. But since she was getting help from someone in the background I figured they were checking her work. I was totally wrong on that point. I arrived at the church and nothing was delivered so I called and after 2 minutes on hold a woman came back and said they had new staff who put the order in the wrong place, so nothing was ever done! I was totally embarrassed because I was supposed to have flowers for my aunt's funeral! When I got mad and questioned why they were blaming "new" people rather than being professional and checking their work she hung up on me! They have my credit card info and I don't trust them so I had to cancel the card number with my bank!
