She was professional and friendly throughout the process and did well to make tenant comfortable during the inspection. Well done! (Edit: April 2019) I'd like to give a shout out to Ireana Collins. Prompt with her responses, expedient with the make-ready and tenant placement process. Was surprised by tenant disclosure after lease was signed - but Ireana continued to handle the situation professionally. Would have liked a more thorough tenant screening/background research, but overall good experience. I'd like to give a shout out to Ce'mon. She was prompt with her responses and has been helpful throughout the leasing process. Glad to have my first rental property handled by a professional! Also Angela Sanchez - who've handled the maintenance process with tact. I'd work with Renters Warehouse again for my next property.

You have to check their website. They keep their inventory updated there. They manage rent properties for homeowners.
It is the responsibility of the owner of the home and Renters Warehouse would arrange that for the tenants.
