I love Pearland and have lived prior in the early 2000's, I am disappointed management team who put my family out after we had our newborn and my wife almost passed away and would not allow us to renew, they also made it harder for us to get into another rental property which we found out later they owned as well. There are a few things with this being an older property that are beyond their control but the small things you can do yourself they are happy to fix. Each unit comes equipped with a dirt yard and new appliances, the foundation, wholes in the floors under the carpet and the upgrades are basically band-aids to draw your attention away from this 2200$ overpriced property tucked away in a great city surrounded usually by mud when it rains. Don't waist yours time or money here they are not worth it.

I had a rat coming to my kitchen and the pest control was send more than 8 days after my request. Then, nobody from the staff coming to cover the whole where the rodents come to my kitchen. I am so sad with this way to treat the residents.

Our Windover floor plan that is available is located on the 2nd floor and has new modernized granite countertops, flush new carpet and flooring, and brand new stainless steel appliances. The price of my apartment is currently 960 and this is after the water, trash, and sewer. This does not include internet or electrical. I am in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. To be honest I forget the square feet. You can except the water, trash, and sewage to be around 75 dollars. So subtract that from 960 and you get your rough flat monthly rate. This is as of May 2018. I have been here 2 years.

Great Morning Linda, You can get availability dates in our community website. It typically takes 5 business days to ready an apartment home depending on the needs of said apartment. When were you looking to move?

Great Day, this is a great question as we get several calls daily asking the same thing. Unfortunately, Whispering WInds Apartments does not accept section 8 and we are not low income based. Our income criteria is based on 3 times the monthly rent for anyone who applies. Please refer to our online rental criteria for additional requirements.
