HORRIBLE our gate has been broken for over 8 days emergency officials can not enter due to gate codes not properly set for some of the home owners, I have called 4 days in a row and they have done nothing but stated it will be fixed! I know this violates the FIRE codes regulations this is unacceptable!!

I would rate zero stars first of all. Do not live anywhere Genesis are the property manager. They are there to collect money and that is all. They are rude and disrespectful to owners. My building had a fire and still waiting on it to be finished after one and a half years. The people that were selected for the rebuild are incompetent. Of course Genesis would say it was a board decision. Don’t get me started on the HOA. I plan to move out if I can sell my condo once it is done.
