Worst customer service ever...sent me 2 defective tvs, still waiting for replacement, dropped ball on schedule delivery, customer service reps did not help, lied to me about various things while on the phone...was told a manager would be calling me numerous times but that never happened...will never buy another item from bestbuy again

I don't work at Best Buy, but if you want to talk to a sales associate, then go ask them.
