The doctor is amazing, but the staff is rude, and depending on who you talk to the rules always change .

Dr.Arya’s staff and office were super nice and beyond clean! My son is high risk and the steps they take to make sure everything is sanitized and clean made me feel very safe and still welcome. Dr. Arya explained things very thoroughly and answered all of our questions. She put my 3 years old at ease. They usually cry at dr offices but she made them feel comfortable and made the testing easy on them. We were never rushed yet never waited for long either just perfect with toddlers especially. Thank you for everything!

Update - 12/21/21 We have been coming here for 4 years now as we just had my youngest kids examined by Dr. Arya. The entire staff was amazing and Dr. Arya was very patient with my 5 and 7 year olds. In fact, my 5 year old was scared because it was her first time to get an eye exam. I can tell you that she left with a smile on her face and really enjoyed it. Thank you for continuing to give 5 star service!!! Ms. Sonya, we love you! The glasses my daughter picked out were perfect. End of update. This was my first visit to the clinic and I had a great experience. Dr. Arya really took her time conducting a thorough exam. They were busy but I never felt rushed. She is very easy to talk to and her assistant, Dawn also did an outstanding job!!! I recommend this clinic to any new patients as I will be coming back for sure.

Dilation usually affects near vision the most, leaving distance vision relatively unchanged. With a good pair of sunglasses, most people can comfortably drive. If you are concerned about your vision, we highly encourage you bring someone with you who can drive.
Your vision may change with age. Through annual eye exams, you can stay informed of any vision changes that require a new prescription.
Refractive errors in your vision will show up in your eye exam. After testing your visual acuity, Dr. Arya will let you know if you need eyeglasses to correct and improve your sight.
Eye exams aren’t only for detecting problems with your vision. Your optometry specialist can also detect eye diseases through eye exams. Many eye diseases like glaucoma and macular degeneration don’t have symptoms in the early stages. Left unchecked, these diseases can cause permanent vision loss.
We are partners with InfantSee, a program that provides a no-cost eye exam for infants between 6 months and 1 year of age. The purpose of this first exam is to detect any issues that might interfere with normal vision development, so that vision problems such as amblyopia (commonly called “lazy eye”) can be prevented. After that, it is recommended that children be examined at age 3, and yearly once they begin school.
This part of the exam helps determine how your pupils and eye muscles react and assists in gauging neurological function.
For our team to better tailor your exams for your needs, we may review any current vision problems, your general health, as well as discuss your lifestyle and family history.
20/20 refers to the sharpness of your vision, it’s the measurement of how much a person can read when they are 20 feet away from the chart. The top number is the viewing distance, the bottom number refers to the line on the chart.
Your visual health will determine the frequency of your appointments. We recommend an annual eye exam for all age groups. Similar to your physical exam with your PCP, the annual eye exam examines your vision and overall ocular health.
