The staff Mary and Erica and the other ladies are the best and makes everything runs smooth for Dr. . Nguyen so she can care for her patients in a timely fashion and give superb service. If I could give a no stars I would , I used to love them they where amazing -- they have lost the sense of customer service ---do your self a favor avoid this place if you want to get what you order ! and what you are paying for !$$$$

I have been using them since 2019, but I just had a bad experience with their services. In October 2021. I received the wrong eye exam result/prescription. Even though I got the glasses from Lenscrafters, the prescription was wrong in the first place. I can still not see with their prescription and therefore stuck with a very expensive eyeglass on a wrong prescription. I complained to Dr. Nguyen's staff, but I am still being given a run-around. Very unsatisfied with their response! Very disappointed and frustrating! I won't be using them anymore. My family won't be using them anymore too.

Really nice looking place and super close to my house. Service was very quick. I got my eye exam and eye dilation and was done in 30 minutes. Was very easy to book an appointment the same day as well. More affordable that other places I have gone to in the past for eye exams.
