(This is the question section, not review section) Also, most employees in areas such as the computer area traditionally are helping others, doing work, or purposefully not talking to customers because most don't want to be talked to about something like that. I don't work at Best Buy, but if you want to talk to a sales associate, then go ask them.
Geek Squad is one of the best values I have invested in. Best Buy is the only place I would buy a laptop. I have purchase 7 in the last 5 years for family member. I have never experienced the problems indicated above. Yes, sometimes busy, but always knowledable and helpful.
