Excellent staff maintenance is top notch. If I call with a issue the maintenance manager is knocking on my door usually in ten minutes!

Maintenance is terrible and the management is very poor. I have lived here over 14 years and one must be careful because Laura Lindsey claims that she doesn't accept month to month after you complete a year. She is locking senior citizens into signing year long least some after another. Laura and Sharon have their pick a and are allowing anyone to rent here when it is suppose to be apartments for seniors. It is now dangerous to walk around here.

Usually really quiet, maintenance is pretty quick and the job is done right!! Ms. Laura is top notch.

Ms. Laura, the manager is super nice! But Sharon, now that’s another story! She is extra rude and will not even let you get a word in, she will hang up on you as soon as she’s done talking, you can’t even finish a sentence before she hangs up! She has no kind of manners either! You can be super nice to her and say please and thank you and all that, but she won’t even acknowledge it!
