Do not move here these people don’t care about you. I have been here almost 3 years and it’s been new people in the leasing office every 6 months. I have been complaining about my a/c leaking in my kids tub for months and it’s causing molding in the tub. Pricilla is a lier she has told me several times she will have my tub resurfaced ( which means they gone paint over the mold) and it’s still not done. Every day its a new excuse to why it’s not done yet. Also I have been asking to have a whole patched in my kitchen because I had a rat in my unit hole still not patched she has told me several times she will get a maintenance man to come patch the hole they just tell lies to past time I have 3 kids and we are sharing one restroom simply because they restroom is molded my family and I don’t deserve to be treated like this.

THE MAINTENANCE OLD GUY IS USELESS. (DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO ANYTHING BUT CLAIMS HE DOES IT ALL) HOUSEKEEPING LADY IS LAZY. (HIDES IN APARTMENTS ALL DAY) MANAGER NEEDS TRAINING HERSELF.

The staff is very lackadaisical, I have contact them over 10 times to get information to give them business. I know that apartments don't lose business and are busy at times, but the least they could've done was give me a call or even a email. I received neither. If this is how they are and I'm not a tenant, I can only imagine how it would be if I was.

Gloria was my leasing agent and she was very nice and welcoming. She made the application process go smoothly. She answered every question I had and I had a lot seeing how this is my first apartment. The complex is very nice and quiet.
