Super nice staff... however they really need to update this place. Out of many concession items such as straws for the Icees, toppings for the Hot Dogs... the menu screens are all flickering or displaying a black screen. This is an older, dated theater and it shows. An extra star for the nice staff throughout, however.

Got to see Fifth Element at Cinemark. Paid for tickets and snack: 🍿 and 🥤 🥤 a week ago. Snacks were delivered to us at our seats. Great service and an awesome movie. Can't wait to come again

First visit here was to see Downton Abbey on it's opening day. Went to afternoon showing. Had plenty of parking, even for handicap. Nice lounge seating, very comfortable. Concession guy was really nice and patient with me. Ticket taker could have learned from him though. Overall, nice experience and will go back.

The staff was great but the theatre was dirty, candy melted to the seat and spilled popcorn in the cracks of theatre chair and wet spills on the floor— then the bathroom was so out dated and trashed. They need a remodel in a bad way. Also, the ceiling tiles were missing in some areas (Theatre #8) along with torn wall fabrics. The bathroom toilets didn’t want to flush the toilet paper and the stall doors needed repairs. This is not the employments problem— I know Cinemark can do better. Especially, paying $70 on tickets and concession but can’t get a refill.. Sincerely.
