Store needs more staff placed an order at 6pm went to dollar tree and came back and had to wait until after 7 pm for two pizzas and crazy bread, not a happy pregnant momma with her 6 year old asking for dinner

As if closing at 9pm on a Saturday night isn't strange enough, apparently this location stops taking orders through the app at 8pm, so I called. After the phone rang for 15 minutes without an answer I hung up & went to the store to do it in person. At 8:28pm I was told it was too near to closing time to place an order. The moral of the story: if you're looking for a job that requires no effort on your part, apply here!

Went in to order pizza and the gentleman that rung up my order simultaneously was about to give me my Pizza. His shirt with extremely filthy, not the type of food spots here and there that's typical for someone preparing food looked like he got it from a petcare dumpster.. I politely to him never mind and walk right back out

The service was ok, I mean the people are nice enough but it took like 15 more minutes than they told me which was 15 minutes in the first place. So it took 30 minutes to get 2 pizzas and an ICB. I would like to note that I worked at Little Caesars Pizza for several years and there were definitely times it took this long for some people to get there orders but only when it was super busy which they were not. Another thing that bothers me is that the dipping sauces were $1 each. I payed that because it makes the experience better for everyone enjoying the pizza to be able to get their desired dipping choice. The service was friendly butt far from fast and the food was great but I think it was a few dollars more than I should have payed. I understand that things are a changing and we are about to see prices of things increase at an alarming rate but that being said, it's garlic butter and ranch dressing, not actual meal food. That price is outrageous, but charge what you want, this is my opinion. It's also my choice to head to any restaurant in town and I chose this one and got gouged on the price when I got there. Great pizza and ICB though so thanks!
