This was my first trip to a Wendy's in quite some time and I was, quite honestly, very disappointed. I got a single with cheese, fries and a Frosty and none of it was up to par. The burger was really bland, the fries had absolutely no crispness to them at all (almost soggy) and the Frosty was really lacking in flavor.... I almost couldn't even taste the chocolate at all. What a disappointment.... 😩

Terrible food. Burgers are dry and fries are cold despite the hot and crispy guaranteed. Slow service took 15 minutes for burger and fry

Worst Wendy's I've patroned. Used mobile app for drive thru pick up because I was traveling... Ordered chili, no spoon. Ordered burger, no ketchup, made w/extra ketchup,. Enough to scrape off and use with 3 fries. Called store & kindly said "y'all need to take more care w/the drive thru orders because I'm down the road and have no way to eat my chili." Her response wasn't oh so sorry. It was I'll tell the person that filled your order. Rude. Never again will I eat here. Shame on you.

This restaurant has been updated and looks great but the staff couldn’t keep up with the drive thru. I waited for my order of chili and a frosty only to find out they had no spoons. 1 star isn’t low enough
