I really thought I would get some type of resolution with this location but i was wrong! I really cannot believe they treat people this way 1st- after calling and explaining that I had a knee injury and I would not be able to come for a while, they charged my card 2 times in one month. Not only was I charged but I was charged on a card that I specifically asked not to be placed on file for monthly payments. 2nd- I call and ask if I would be refunded, I was told no, then I asked why charge a card a didn’t give authorization to use for payments, I didn’t get a answer so I asked for a email address and phone number to corporate- instead of giving me a corporate number, Juliana gave me the number to a massage envy in ALASKA and a incorrect email address. 3rd- I call back and asked to speak with a manager to let her know I was purposely given incorrect information, and asked what I would need to cancel the membership completely. She stated she would email me a form. I signed and emailed the firm back…3 days later Allison called me asked for a payment??? I told her I sent the cancellation form & she should not be asking for a payment when they already took 2 from me that I never authorized. I asked since I wasn’t going to be refunded for the 2 payments then I need to use my credits before the expiration SHE TELLS ME NO YOU CANT USE ANY CREDITS BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED?? I asked to have the manager call me, it’s been a week now and I still haven’t got a call DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
