We arrived and took our place in a VERY crowded 2 drive thru lanes. It was 10:15 pm and we actually had a minimal wait to order compared to how crowded the lanes were. The girl came on the speaker and very politely took our 4 orders. She got all 4 absolutely correct as well even with our "special requests". When it was our turn at the pay and pickup window she served us with a smile and the demeanor of someone who was having the time of her life during their late night rush. I'm sure she was getting flustered but you'd have never known it. Our orders were hot, correct and each carefully bagged separately inside of the big bag she had given us. Very impressed with this place and we were even commenting later in the evening about how refreshing this young lady was with an attitude of positivity and how she just really came off as someone who was enjoying her job. She made us feel like she was enjoying serving us and that made quite an impression. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her proper thanks... But anyway, great job to everyone working in that store last night!

Made an curbside pickup at noon. When I got there it said the order wouldn't be ready till 12:25. Went inside to see what the problem and the said they was just finishing my drinks. A few minutes later the came out with 8 drinks a a bag tha had four smaller bags, each having just one sandwich. I told them there should be 8 sandwich and fries. Had to wait for them to complete the order. The food was good but there online service need improvement. You would think by now they would have figured out how to do this.

We believe you can’t go wrong with Whataburger no matter where you are. They have the friendliest employees everywhere we go. Food is very consistent so you know what you will get no matter what state you are in. Don’t forget that they do not freeze their meat but have it fresh delivered. That is why they don’t have Whataburger in every state because they have to have a place to deliver fresh meat nearby. That is what I was told when I asked why they didn’t have them everywhere. But they are working on that because while my daughter was away at University of Alabama they finally opened her hometown Whataburger. Go get a burger!!

We were passing by on way home to Texas. Glad we stopped here. The lady in the drive thru was so nice & friendly. We got our food pretty fast and it was all fresh especially the French fries. Five star service how can anyone pass up WHATABURGER.
