Excellent service and the lady that did my hair is top notch. I can't give 4 stars because the chairs are painfully uncomfortable. Not sure if the chair she used this last time was broken, and not able to move up or down, but I had to lean forward and then back for her to reach the back, top, and front of my head. She didn't offer any other options so I'm assuming that chair was all she had to work with. I was terribly uncomfortable and my neck was killing me. For that reason I regrettably can't go back.☹️

Seemed like she was in a rush. Didn’t do a great job of blowing out my hair. Could do it better at home. It was still curly when “blown out.” She’s also scissors happy. Didn’t ask me what I wanted and cut my hair unevenly and in layers. Doesn’t matter to her because she got my money, but I’m not going back to Siri.

I went to see Siri this morning. I wasn't sure if I was in the right place at first but she kindly let me know I was and to have a seat in the dryer room. I was nervous since I am very tender headed but she did an amazing job washing and detangling. I got a cut and press as well. She is awesome and I will be back. Very knowledgeable about natural hair I recommend her 👌
