My hat's off to Kelly Connolly and her crew. I've experienced a lot of truck rentals, dolly rentals , and trailer rentals from this place and I have always always been treated with respect , given a fair deal , and they have always smiled and said have a nice day and come back and see us. Keep up the good work Kelly you have a lifetime customer. I rate this a 12 out of 10 always recommend Kelly and her crew

I don’t mind having my stuff stored here for a little while. However I don’t like that I don’t have access to my storage unit by using the back door. At 7 pm the door can no longer be propped open. I’m fine with that…however I’m not fine with the 2 employees that were not very polite and shut the door while my son was inside the storage unit and we were both locked out. My son on the inside and me on the outside. I’m handicap and walking around the building and walking all the way back to my unit to find my son….not ok with. Then I’m inside my unit and on my 3 step ladder and I cut the top of my hand on the metal door rolled up….heads up VERY sharp. It happened quick and if I would have hit the metal harder I’d need stitches. Yes I called to report what had happened and I was asked “ do we need to do cleanup” I should have been told where a first aide kit could have been used or found?? Went out to my car and used my homemade alcohol sanitizer. It was a bleeder and it will leave a nasty scar.

Great so far! Good prices on bungies, straps, bubble wrap, rope, and other last minute moving stuff. Lots of boxes for sale, including wardrobe boxes. Installation of tow hitches is available at this location. They have storage units on-site. There's a screen that shows availability of the units, and as an added entertainment bonus while you wait, units that are suspended are shown in red. Easy access of of I-5.
