Usually the drive thru is quick however today was terribly slow. I sat in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes before being assisted which resulted in only getting half of what needed done to avoid being late to work. Ridiculous

Great question! Yes, a source of income is necessary for all lending. So you can provide bank statements or statements from the source of the income. If you're not currently a member, well, retired employees are eligible for membership!
Unfortunetly at this time, once your account is locked it is not possible to unlock it without the credit union being opened. It is important that you go through the "Forgot Password" prompts before your account is locked.
If you are wishing to establish a membership, first you must meet membership requirements. When you come to open the membership, you will need your driver's license or government issued ID with the correct mailing address, if not, a secondary form of ID to verify your address like a pay stub and it takes just $5 to begin.
