This is the worst place on this earth. Do not ever go to this place, and I’m serious, this motherfuc!!!!!!! Told us that we have to leave the table because someone was paying more money for our table, even though we already paid about $300.00 in shots and beer. Do not go to this place

No heat in the balcony but it's a nice view of the Elm street and part of down town skyline. Fun place over all.
If you go before they turn into a club/dance hall they have great food eat and stay for music no cover
