The cheese making class was so much fun. I have already given this as a gift and plan to give this as a gift to more family. Well worth the money and a foodie must go.

We had a wonderful time at the Cheesemaking Class. It was great to tour the factory and do some hands-on learning. As part of the class you get to make (and take home!) a solid amount of Ricotta, Mozzarella, Oaxaca, and a Mozzarella Roll of their invention. After the cheesemaking is finished they lay out a spread of their cheeses and let you try them all. It was a lot of cheese, and ended up being our lunch. We promptly went home and made some home-made ravioli with our hand-made cheese, very delicious! They were also very flexible when we had to change our group size and class date several times, which we really appreciated. A great local business to support, we'll be coming back!

We really enjoyed the Chesse Making Class. The staff is amazing, we learned a lot and we left with a great impression and a wonderful experience. Their cheeses are super flavorful. We definitely recommend their class and buying cheeses from them. My favorite cheeses are the dulce habanero y la cocina
