Staff helpful and nice, my luggage was missing so they helped me out. Free coffee and 5 dollar happy hour. Nice location and unexpectedly super nice atmosphere. Well decorated and I like the red glass wall. Impressive for a poor 21 year old with no luggage. What can I say. Nice holiday Inn Crystal city!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. This website will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! Only stayed one night. The check in was smooth and easy. We enjoyed the pub that is on site, good food and very nice ladies behind the bar. We utilized the shuttle service and park and fly. Everything was explained by the gentleman at the front who checked us in, we slept, flew out, came back a week later and got our car and went home. Easiest interaction I've had in a long time.

Hotel is in a great location, close to DC, very easy to get in and out of the city. Parking is absolutely horrible! They charge you to park at the hotel per night and there was not enough parking, had to park on the employee level and walk to elevator. The only nice thing is there was a lot of stuff within walking distance so once we parked we could still get to stuff. The only way I could get more towels was to go to the front desk even after calling guest services twice. The restaurant in the hotel was nice but they kept trying to get us to order more to raise the bill. I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay.

I stayed one night on a layover. The two employees working in the lobby were fairly nice. They had a huge line of airline employees checking in. The woman working the desk was a little short, almost curt and rude- definitely not what you wanted to be greeted with after a long flight. The tall gentleman was nice. The security guard in the morning helped me figure out the airport shuttle. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The TV stopped working and said it was a connection issue. When I went to call the front desk about it the phone wasn’t connected to reception. I was too tired to walk down in the middle of the night but I’m sure they’d have fixed it. All in all it was clean, fairly comfortable but I wouldn’t want to stay here more than one night. Staff could be friendlier. It’s close to the airport by 5 minutes.

Hi you must go inside the DCA to catch the metro ride or use hotel shuttle to go to DCA forgot about walking it is hard and cars are major problem too.
Yes and yes
It will help if you have a reservation. They can also hold luggage if you have to check out, depending on the other luggage they are holding (amount of space)
I dont believe so, I had to sign a paper saying there would be a $250 or $260 fee if smoked in
You have to pay, un permitted cars left for more than a day are ticketed and towed i believe
Yes, they have free shuttle service to airport.
This is a newer location, not sure of the date built but the address is 2650 Jefferson Davis Highway. The closest hotel to the address you listed is the Americana Hotel at 1400 Jefferson Davis Highway. They were built in the 50's-60's. You may want to contact them at www.americanahotel.com Good Luck
