Excellent service. The eye doctors and opticians do a great job of taking care of my eye health. They listen to my questions and concerns and provide good solutions (pun intended.) They take the time to explain things in clear terms. I recommend them highly.

I have been going to Roosevelt Vision Clinic for over 30 years, under Dr. Scott Jamieson's care. So sad when he retired. It was my first time with Dr. Kennedy and she was wonderful. My technician was so helpful too. I will recommend Dr. Kennedy to everyone!

Very pleased with staff and doctor. I received an incorrect prescription at another local optometrist which has never happened. They corrected my prescription and redid my lenses with a week turnaround. They also recommended an eye scan I've never had before to give a better understanding of possible issues in the future. I would highly recommend Roosevelt Vision

Roosevelt Vision’s staff members are remarkable for their cheerful competence, and go out of their way to ensure that customers’ needs are met. I have been a patient of Dr. Jessica Kennedy for some half-dozen years now, as my aging eyes have gone from reading glasses to glasses with prisms to my needing cataract surgery. [For the last, she referred me to an eye surgeon at Seattle’s Polyclinic— as an ophthalmologist she doesn’t do surgery.] At every step, she has been both competent and reassuring. The quality of care that I have received, both from Dr. Kennedy and the techs on the treatment side of the house and from the women and men selling and fitting eyeglasses, has been uniformly excellent. Roosevelt Vision carries a wide variety of eyeglass frames, in styles ranging from from “hipster cool” to business professional; from sturdy, colorful children’s glasses to prescription safety glasses for construction workers. Follow-up adjustments are free of charge, as are cleaning cloths and spray cleaner. Highly recommended.

Hi Carly, Typically Tricare Vision is contracted out to VSP though if you call Tricare they will not tell you that. If you call our office, we can check for you online in a few minutes. We are also a provider for Tricare medical insurance, so I think there is a very high chance we can see you. please call our office 206-527-2987 and transfer to the billing the department for someone to help you there. Thanks for reaching out. Barbra

The pads of my glasses are causing me to break out. Because I am a prolific sweater, oil and dirt gets trapped under the pads and is causing pimples. The pads are plastic basic stock items that came with the glasses does anyone know if a better?

Yes, please come in and we can exchange your pads with a softer hypoallergenic material that works well for these situations.
