I needed a comprehensive eye examination and was looking for state of the art technology with a kind tableside manner. I wear contacts and progressive lens glasses. Both lense types have 20/20 correction. I Care Vision Center exceeded my expectations with easy parking and near bus lines. Call early and make an appointment.

My first exam went great, and the glasses I had gotten had lasted me about a year! I had asked for another exam almost a year and a half later as my vision was changing (I had recently given birth and my vision got worse) and I needed a new prescription, I was also hoping to get contacts. I was denied an appointment, they told me they would get back to me about another appointment after asking the dr if he was okay with it (because of the timeline, apparently they don't let anyone come back for an exam if it's 6+ months out, never had this issue before anywhere else), and NEVER got back to me. I also had to repeatedly ask for my glasses prescription over email and the phone, and it took over a month for them to send my prescription to me. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience, but I felt like I went without during my time in their care. I will NOT be returning, in fear of being rejected of another appointment, for a reason that makes no sense. (Never once have any of my other eye doctors done this and rejected a request at an eye exam/contact lenses fitting). I would not recommend.

The workers were friendly and helpful but the doctor made it felt like I was a nuisance to her. She was a bit impatient and rude. She rushed through the eye exam and send me off without a thank you or goodbye. May have to look for a different office.

I hate writing bad reviews but I had a very similar experience to another reviewer. I am giving this a 2 star because the doctor IS very nice and attentive, however one of the receptionist is TERRIBLE. I also got glasses that were the wrong prescription and when I brought them to the new location the head receptionist was down right rude, confrontational, and off-putting from the start. I think one of the other gals could tell she was giving me a hard time and felt genuinely bad and she took the glasses to check the prescription to make sure it was right. They confirmed that it was what the doctor prescribed and but they never offered any help of how I could correct the situation because I purchased the glasses from a another place. So I refuse to go back. I will just go to Costco for an exam, at the very least I will treated like a human being by the staff.

Call , if it's a emergency almost any eye center will work to help you if possible. Nice people , fast turn around to get new glasses.

I was wondering the range a pair of glasses could go for?
