It's like the other plazas in the Tollway system. If you have an I-PASS, it's never a problem (recommended). I remember when this (and the others) had long wait times, all day long and into the night. At least tolls were cheaper then. I totally agree with the majority of the reviews. Plus, note the location of this toll plaza.

I haven’t even been to Illinois in five plus years and just received a notice in mail today of tolls due from 4 different unpaid tolls and one to this plaza. I live in Ohio. Can someone please tell me how this happened???? Scam written all over it.

Try to contact the junkyard owner and if he agrees,search for the car. If you find it, that's good or else I guess you're out of luck. Alternatively, if you have apple care plus or something similar just file a lost complaint and pay the minimum insurance amount
At this time online, the walkthrough is pretty easy
All coin lanes are also ipass lanes so you are fine
