Long waiting in hours even with an appointment. Imagine you been fasting for 24 hours, and hoping to get through the appointment and then be able to get some food, but instead waiting hours past the appointment time. As for the procedure, they put you on anesthesia for rubber band ligation. They will charge your insurance for thousands of dollars for the anesthesia, when anesthesia is NOT NEEDED for rubber band ligation. After the procedure, the doctor will see you for 2 minutes, gets irritated/impatient when being asked with questions about the procedure. This office needs to get audited by the department of health!!!

I have been seeing a doctor at Dr. Chen Sheng's Clinic in Flushing, New York for more than 10 years. Dr. Chen is a humble person and has superb medical skills. He is favored by the local Chinese, and his medical skills are even more trustworthy. His spirit of excellence, patience and consideration for patients, and meticulous work, can be described as Hua Tuo's life. All the patients who have seen him say: ''Dr. Chen can do what he can do to cure the disease, without leaving future troubles. It is a rare good doctor. ''

I feel resentful and disturbed whenever I think about my experience at Dr. Chen’s office, and I am obligated to share my feelings. I decided to see Dr. Sing Chan after researching online. He did a great job in marketing. I read the positive reviews and the contents on his office website, so I assumed he would be a responsible doctor. However, I had been suffering because of his mistreatment. Dr. Chan is the most irresponsible and dishonest doctor I have ever seen. He cares about money but does not care about what his patients are suffering/will be suffering. He would do laser therapy without even seeing you, even though the laser therapy is inappropriate for your condition and will make your conditions much worse. My quality of life had severely declined because of his mistreatment. He was condescending when I questioned him and was dishonest about the procedures. I can write thousands of words about my horrible experience, yet it is dreadful to even think about it. If you care about your health, you should be cautious and think twice. Lastly, the wait time in the office is always long, regardless of whether you have an appointment.
