Power is unstable. 105/116. Below 105 surge Pete tier cuts off. Reported issue. New profitable project is more important than keeping up current park. -Former RV park manager

Amy, the boss/host is AWESOME! She is definitely a very hard worker and goes above and beyond to make sure you are in a good spot. Whomever is in charge really needs to get it all paved. Parking our brand new RV, that we just had professionally detailed, in the muddy grass is disgusting. These RV's and 5th wheels weigh tons and tend to sink with all the rain that we get here in the Pacific NW. Plus having to wear rubber boots and trying not to being the mud/dirt inside is almost impossible, not to mention all the little flying knats and bugs.

Definitely will not be coming back. Unless there are some changes made. 1. New camp host. Was told when making our reservation that the camp host was a sweetheart. Well.....only if you think Satan is a sweetheart.😳😬 2. We came in November and stayed at the park. The park at that time of year is flooded. The water issue needs to be corrected. 3. If we had read the reviews and the issues that other campers had with your host we would not have stayed. I hope that my post doesn't fall on deaf ears reading other reviews on this park looks like the issue with your host has been going on for several years.😔

Full hookups. Very narrow spots. Host always says is always sold out but never is so she stacks people on top of each other unnecessarily. (See pics) It's cheap and checkout times are great (you can way late, just don't be there in the morning).

No monthly or weekly discounts. You can pay a month. Still daily rate. No year restrictions, with that said no complete junkers, except if it a vender trailer for shows. Sorry guys some of your rig are rough. No size restrictions. I in a 43. Forty three footer. I fit almost all sites. But soft ground does cause problems when wet in the low number site. Most are back ups. All 50/30/20 amps. Water good, septic good. At rear of unit Maybe 10 pull though firm but messy. They are heavily used by venders and horse rigs. Sites are grass mostly. Site are in need of gravel lots of gravel. My only real complaint with this park.
No showers, picnic tables, bbq's. Lots of room for kids to play. Water, sewer, power. 30 and 50 amp hookups. Excellent park.
Monthly rates sewer And water hookup?
very close I suggest you do not carry a car if you live near
No really sure
Yes nut not when there are events at the fairgrounds, and during the winter months they only have a few sites open that have water.
No clue
When we went there for the car show for good guys, we didn't make any reservations..... it was more of a first come first served basis
Nightly lease, 10 day max I think, year round when no events are going on. Gets crazy busy when the State Fair is running.
There is a dump station in front of the main drive in gate to the fairgrounds. The one with the main guard building. Hoarse area. Not in park.
http://www.thefair.com/plan-your-trip/rv-parking Under the rates listing there is a phone number and email. I've stayed there many times they can answer your question. Normally they only rent one week at a time, which you can extend.
Not sure about monthly. Not aware of age limit for RV. WATCH YOUR SPEED LIMIT INSIDE PARK AREA!! 5 MPH!! Clean park; quiet. Very adequate. No frills. Affordable. Call ahead!
They typically have full hookup sites available for short term only. May not be available if they have a large event at the fairgrounds.
