The advertised price on the large backlit sign near the street was displaying a price 30 cents a gallon cheaper than the actual price charged at the pump. Very fraudulent and illegal false advertising.

Very dificult to help with as I do not use either app. Have you tried to contact uber or lyft to find out if it is a known issue for this location. Did you make sure your mobile phone service provider has service in this area. Some areas depending on your mobile phone provider are not fully covered so there is no service.
