Brox #404 needs to be relieved of duty. She is a major liability to the department and to the city. Send her away before the local taxpayers get saddled with a huge lawsuit payout. It will happen sooner or later with such an aggressive & untrained person in her capacity.

Terrible police department with most OUT OF TOWN officer's who dont live anywhere close to belvidere or in belvidere, patrolling the streets like its Chicago.

I didn't stop at a stop light completely on Julien St. A SGT had the right away and I entered an uncontrolled intersection and was pulled over. The SGT was very kind and professional throughout the entire engagement and used officer discretion and let me off with a warning and told me to be more careful and safe. Very good interaction. These officer's are always respectful. Be honest and have some integrity.

Shut the door in their face immediately, or simply don't answer! Then call the police and tell them someone is going door to door asking for: whatever it is they're asking for at the moment. That will at least get them out of your neighborhood for the time being. No company worth it's salt is going to send people door to door to check your bill to ensure "the proper discounts" are being applied, or for any other reason. Nor will they call you to ask you to buy, add, or subscribe to any service, rates, etc.. If they really are affiliated, they should already have that information at the office.
