Purchased a new refrigerator 2 weeks ago. Was making a nosie from the fan (sounded like it was hitting metal). My wife called with the result being oh leave it plugged in and we can get to it in 3 days. I called and the owner was very unprofessional. They called my wife back and informed her they would send someone up to look at today then continue to say that they texted the service manager while they were speaking the first time. Which don't know if it's true or not. I believe in buying local when you can but with this kind of customer service, why would I?

With this COVID thing going on I have been without a double wall oven since 9/2020. My oven is only 2 years old. We tried to get it repaired, they were at my house 4 times waisting time and money. My search began for a new oven. Everyone gave me 3-6 month estimated delivery. Called and spoke to Don today and he had my purchase completed within a half hour over the phone !!! He said I will have it at my location Tuesday and you can pick up Tuesday or Wednesday !! I said are you kidding me ? I almost cried. Then Don called back in 10 minutes and I said please no bad news !! He said I have good news !! The oven here in our warehouse you can come get today !!! WOW Awesome day ! Awesome Experience ! Krisays will be my new appliances store !! Thank you SO much Don for finally solving a 6 month nightmare !!
