* The technician was great, but the scheduling system was horrid. We were without a refrigerator for nearly a month. We had to wait over a week to get someone out just to look at it, then we had to wait 2 weeks when it only took 5 days to get our parts delivered.

The compressor was covered under warranty, the labor was $603.00. Tech was here an hour and half. My attorney only charges $280.00 an hour. He had the part I was desperate to have my refrigerator back. Never again, if I have to pay more I’ll never have sears service. I feel taken advantage of

This just reroute you to a national call center to try to get you to buy their home warranty, which we already have, and they won't cover our appliance because they can't find a repair person. So they put a local number to make you think you're calling a local business but then they send you to a call center with people in another country! So don't call this place. They're terrible and they're trying to get you to buy the warranty which we already have, and they won't use it to cover our appliance, so don't do it!
