It took your district 90 minutes to come to my sister’s apartment after three people called the dispatcher to let you know that she needed a well-being check: 90 minutes! We begged for officers to come out because she said she was suicidal in multiple calls. She was DEAD by the time you showed up. And you only showed up because you received numerous calls from the neighbors about her lifeless body on the ground -- not in response to our calls. You didn’t take her serious: you didn’t take our calls serious. For all the officers that received that call and didn’t respond, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

More incompetent than I actually believed. I've had a breathalyzer installed in my car for obvious reasons. I went into this department to see if they would check my breath before I picked my car up from the shop and they refused to do it. Can't even do the right thing when I try to.

Don't expect any help from these officers. They don't really care about the people the are supposed to protect and serve.

Officer Kraut is the rudest and insensitive person I have ever met. We were involved in a car accident where the offender did not have insurance so he just let us take a picture of his ID and left the scene. Kraut got visibly frustrated when I asked what would happen next. He said nothing will be done since he made sure we were okay and then he left. Any other question we asked, he just kept getting more and more annoyed. I went into the station scared and confused. But Kraut is someone who gets annoyed and mad when a scared civilian goes to him for help after a traumatic accident. Kraut, if you see this, I suggest you change your career to one you don’t have to interact with other people. Oh and funny how he kept saying “if we were there we could have done more”. Because we called 911 when the accident happened and we waited 20minutes thinking someone would come to help, especially because we reported that we were scared that the offender was becoming aggressive. But no one showed up.
