We had not been here in years. We decided to come and experience Buzz Lightyear on XD. I loved it! I love the huge screen and dark room. I also like that is not dine in. I mean, I do like dine in theaters but I don't like the distraction. The recliner seats are comfortable, the seat warmer was on on mine and it was too hot (it was 100° outside) I turned it off but it took forever to not feel hot. Other than that I enjoyed it. Definitely coming back.

I've been taking my family to this theater for years. The theater is always as clean as can be. The new reclining seats are a great feature. I've never personally had an issue here. However on my last visit we the concessions were just awful. The lines were extremely slow. You could see alot of the staff standing around in the back. Only 3 employees were actually working, 1 of those were clearly far more interested in her phone then helping customers. I had never seen it that bad before. I understand being busy, but this was frustrating. Other then that it's in a great location and we'll continue coming here.

*UPDATE* Management reached out to me and kindly offered me a solution to rectify the situation & said they will speak w the employee Which I really appreciate - Will give them another try whenever we are in the area again If I could give 0 stars I would. What a horrible experience Today for our anniversary we decided to go to the movies as a family for the first time. We arrived and there wasn’t an employee in sight so we purchased our tickets through the machine and figured out where our theater was & got our 3D glasses ourselves as well (Forget concessions because as I said not an employee in sight) so we get into the theater and the previews start all is going alright then right when the movie started my son started to cry and get irritated so my husband went outside with him came back in and tried again but he wasn’t having it so we decided to leave. When we were leaving I decided to check with an employee if they had a refund policy - The only person I could find was Mr. Pham - when I told him the situation Which is that it was our first time at the movies and my son is Autistic and it didn’t quite workout today he was reluctant to help but annoyingly walked to the register with us then he just stood there and I said what did you need and he said Your tickets - my husband realized he left them at the seat so he went back to get them. Mr Pham then asks me “What time was your movie?”I said the showtime was 1:15. He looks at the screen and says We can’t refund anything 30 minutes after a showtime, I said um ok and then he preceded to sit in a chair, lounge back and put his feet on the counter. My husband came back and I told him what he said. Mr. Pham then said yeah I can’t do anything for y’all, we told him that sounds more like you’re choosing not to. Fine if there wasn’t a possibility of a refund but maybe the courtesy of some passes for another time or something, or a simple no without being rude I’m just so surprised by the lack of hospitality & customer service.

No bc we watched peter rabbit and there were 3 people there then we watched black panther and there were 6 people there so no its not crowded
