Looking at ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE!!! R.U.D.E staff would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid this location!! Black lady there has a smart mouth and is very disrespectful to people. I can only imagine how she talks down to people who might be homeless or the elderly. Hear her talking down to a Hispanic man who didn't speak English treating him like he was stupid and told him he needed to speak English. I offered to translate and the lady said he needed to fend for his own I felt so bad for the way she was talking down to him.. got up and went to Carter blood to donate.

I was a frequent donor for like 3 months while kids were going online, once they returned I stopped going because I didn’t have anyone to leave my 3 yo. When I wanted to return they told me I had to do the process all over bcs it was more than 6mths & then they told me I couldn’t donate bcs I had red veins but only one person checked me. I’d love to go back again but ppl there are a little rude.

Some of them are rude at this location. Not helpful, very unprofessional. **Update 12/28/21. My friend went today & was treated unfairly & the staff was rude to him. Also left a 1 star review & will never come back to this location.

This place opens at 6 AM. Nothing is set up. They don’t start screening until 6:30 AM. People come early because they have to work. There is a lack of respect for the donors and the donors time. If you open a place of business at 6 AM and you’ve been sitting at work before that time that means you start working a 6 AM not at 6:30 AM. Lack of organization. I would not refer anyone here. This is ridiculous. Standing in line for almost an hour when I have been here since 5:45 AM and 3 people in line in front of me. No professionalism what so ever. This location never seems to get better when it comes to customer service and the higher ups don’t care at all
