If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They had me waiting for hours when I was told it would be a 3 hour process and it ended up taking 6 hours. They are loud and I was constantly given a attitude. If they do not like their jobs then that’s a personal problem. Don’t take it out on someone who didn’t do anything to you.

They are not racist but if you speak Spanish you are not be able to donate at this place but they are not racist at all

The staff is really nice , wait isnt really long unless you go in a weekend or later in the day , overall they take their time with you and if they see any reason as to why you cant donate they will let you know, only one time i got really bad bruising but besides that everything went well , would highly recommend

My only compliant that can be controlled is the staff. Although they are sometimes nice to donors and certain staff members are beyond great, there is a lot of visible and verbal tension between workers. They yell at and discredit each other in front of the entire floor. They also make loud comments about hating their job as they stick a needle in the donor's arm. Makes for a very uncomfortable hour.
