Mixed reviews here - some of the staff is very nice, some are not. My first experience was positive, the 2nd was terrible. I'm donating b/c I have loved ones with cancer or having surgery, they acted like they were doing ME a favor. I'm there b/c I care, and they almost turned me away twice. Going to try the Red Cross next time, and see if they're more kind. It doesn't take much effort to be kind, people! Also they blatantly talked about me in the open, saying things like "based on this question, we'll see" and then later "see, I told you it wasn't that". No idea what they were referring to, but it was uncomfortable.

I do NOT recommend this place. The worst blood donation experience of my life. The intake nurse is a wanna be doctor and will ask you ridiculously personal questions beyond the standard form that have nothing to do with donating blood. Avoid this place like you avoid COVID and just stay away: I regret not going to the Red Cross instead.
