I was referred by a large management company that uses this servepro. Since that were recommended so highly, by some one whose opinion i value. I Couldn't be more disappointed. I spoke with Reggie and we booked an appointment. On appointment day, no call, no show. I finally called in the afternoon and Reggie forgot about me but sent a rep that afternoon. When the rep left that Wednesday he assured me that i would have the proposal by Monday. Monday came and went and i called Reggie a few days later. Again he apologized and assured me that he would have the propoal sent add soon add we ended our call. It's nearly 3 weeks later and still no proposal. I may have dodged a bullet here. If he's that lousy with keeping appointments and assurances, i shudder to think what the work could be like.
