A little annoyed I was shorted 2 wings from my combo. I don't usually complain but this particular day was a bad one for me. I called to let them know I was coming back for the missing 2 wings. Katelyn was SO AWESOME. They were busy but she was so friendly, even told me to wait in my car and brought it out. I wasn't expecting an entire extra combo. She was such a breath of fresh air for customer service at this location! She actually made my day.
The Goose
Have to say the wings today were really good. I've ordered the meals here quiet a few times and I haven't had a problem with them. I think I have in the past gotten my wings a little dry but for the most part my meals have been really good. I order my meals thru the app and I haven't had a long waiting time when I get there. It does depends who is on staff that day but I've been lucky so far.

Do NOT recommend. Horrible customer service. I placed order online and selected a pick up time for a hour later. I called after I placed online order to push pick up time back. The girl says my order is already prepared so I couldn't push time back. I asked how was my food prepared and I wasn't due to pick it up for another 45 minutes? I get there and ofcourse my food is cold.

My order was completely wrong and no one cared or apologized. (Order #803361781) I ordered my food today (9/2/2020) and was given a pickup time of 9:18pm. I arrived at 9:20pm and was told I didn't pay online when I did. Another employee had to step in and tell the worker I did pay. I then glanced at my order but didn't check thoroughly until I got in the car. I was missing 2 regular sized fries, and an extra side of Parmesan I paid for. I went inside and explained I was missing fries and the same woman who told me I didn't pay asked me was I sure I ordered fries. I replied yes and she asked the guys in the back to give her 2 regular fries and continued to count money in her register. After looking at the top of her head for 2 minutes I decided to sit down and wait because apparently the fries were being cooked. I ended up leaving at 9:47pm with my fries and side of Parmesan. While I was sitting there numerous people picked up their orders and EVERYONE who checked their orders had something missing. I NEVER received an apology, a "oh my bad", nothing. I then get home and half of my wings HAD NO SAUCE! They were plain! Like how do they make so many accidents. The wings we're supposed to be garlic Parmesan. Like dude. Just shut the place down. Every time I come here my order is wrong and I NEVER complain or write a bad review but enough is enough. I will drive to DeSoto or Lancaster from now on.

Sounds about right. i was excited about a Wingstop in red oak...But this one has made me not like Wingstop as much
Mask are required, 6ft distance, and prefer you to wait in car if you order at the store
