I have used them for years. They had no problems failing my 2002 Chevy or my 2011 Ram when they showed problems. Corrected the issues, no problem. Even had my trailers done there. These are honest people. If it's right you pass, wrong, you fail. Simple as that.
Not sure but if you call A & B state inspection before you go they will probably let you know if you need to get it fixed before the inspection.
