I ordered 3 McDoubles with only mustard and they gave me 3 McDoubles with only ketchup. Then I take them back and wait 8 minutes for a sandwich that take literally a minute to make(work experience) and on one of the sandwiches they gave they turned it to a cheeseburger instead of a McDoubles. Those are literally one of their easiest items and was messing up. Plus no drinks via drive through but inside was working

I know some people seem to complain about everything. Well as a consumer I expect quality just as a vendor expect payment for services rendered. NO WORKING FOUNTAIN DRINK MACHINE , ICE CREAM DOWN AS WELL,and to top it off waited in reserved lane 10 min for brewed tea...psa we were told while ordering they had sweet tea...smh...keep paying the lowest minimum wage you can ...

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There is always a long wait, even if there is only a few cars in the line. The fries are always cold, not freshly cooked. They are always out of something. The GM definitely needs to do better with this location.

I’d try to avoid this place at all costs. Every time I go here I somehow end up disappointed. They have a hard time getting orders right or things are missing. Spent 20 minutes waiting in curbside pickup- I went inside to find out what was the hold up, only to find out the food was just sitting there. A simple hey we’re behind, or an apology would’ve been nice… but they did neither. Safe to say the Waxahachie location is better.
