I drove past the pizza hut closest to me in desoto (don't like that one AT ALL), just to come here and I was not disappointed. My order was correct, done in 15 mins, fresh tasting, and hot! I sent my 10 yr old in to pay due to me not feeling well and the lady at the counter was so sweet to my daughter helping her fill out the credit card receipt. My daughter cane back and was like "That lady was really nice to me". Good service and great food, cant beat that!

I've been a customer here for years but my recent experiences have forced me to order elsewhere. Ive had issues with the wait time not being quoted accurately for pick up or delivery and pizza not made as ordered. I understand these are common complaints for a pizza restaurant so I don't always make an effort to complain. However I do expect management (Kari) to handle my issues professionally. Kari is very rude and not very helpful in solving any of the common issues mentioned above. She does not seem willing to help at all. I hope this location realizes that she is ruining their reputation.

First time at PH in Red Oak. We got two large pizzas. There was super supreme and a meat lovers. Both were hot and fresh. I always have a special order. They got it right. I added extra sauce and onion. I deleted the black olives . The two people working were attentive and they moved with a sense of urgency. I appreciate that. Great job.
