My packages always say they’ve been delivered but I never get them.

They returned a package I was trying to send back to me for no reason and stole something out of the package in the process. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Don't ever try to mail something through them.

Small packages that can fit in our apts package box still not delivered. A pair of glasses! Wants you to go pick them up at the post office “per customer request”. They need to just close USPS at this point. Give the job to Amazon.

I live on Parks School House Road and I have to pay for a P.O. Box because the United States Postal Service WON'T even deliver mail to my the RV Park I live in. Which I think is LEGALLY WRONG. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY TO RECEIVE MAIL and I should be able to receive it at my residence.

If you have a tracking number it can be located by calling the post office.
Call your local post office with the tracking number. Their scanners are equipped with GPS which will indicate where the package was delivered.
Go back to the post office, and show them your identification with that address, and ask if they have your package! Or you might need to call the company
It might have switched from UPS or FedEx which ever Carrier that had your package and waa sent to the Post Office, so you would have to ask one of the ladies at the desk to see if they are holding a package with your name on it, the Postman will not leave a package at your door they will take it back with them if you're not home, and try again the next day! And if they attempt again and you're not home you will have to pickup your package at the post office! I hope this helps....and I hope you get what you're waiting on!

Most likely in someone else mailbox, or still at the Post Office! My wife have experienced many of times them holding her packages...or putting it in someone else mailbox, or someone else mail end up in my box! This is an issue that has been going on quite awhile! And will lie and say that your package isn't there if you ask for it, and come to find out it's there!
You can mail the shoe box as is just make sure you tape it up really well to prevent the package from coming open during transit.
You may purchase and install a new mailbox at your expense if you have a curbside mailbox in front of your residence. If you have mailbox in a centralized box unit you have contact the owner of the mail unit to get it fixed.
