I called today to ask a simple question about my statement and got a gal named Lisa. She immediately cut me off and said all information you need is on your statement... I then said that my question was slightly different related to a calculation and she said back to me it is on your statement in a very angry voice. What is wrong with government agencies and their entitlement to be incredibly rude to people. Come on Lisa... just be friendly when I call to ask a question. I phoned a different Ellis County office and they were awesome!
