Keep getting random packages delivered to my house. The address is not even close and I even got larger house numbers yet I still get everyone but my own packages. As in I don’t get my packages because they claim they can’t find my house numbers which doesn’t make sense since I literally get everyone else’s packages. I have called and complained numerous times as random people show up and come in my front porch and nothing is done about it.

I’ve walked into this ship center just minutes before they close, and each time I have been greeted with a friendly smile and help getting my items secured into FedEx packaging, and off to where I needed them sent. Everything I’ve left in their hands has arrived when promised, or sooner, and in good condition. The first couple trips that I made to this ship center, I didn’t know jack about sending items through express delivery, but the woman at the front desk could see I was a novice and offered assistance every step of the way. Great customer service!
